Ingredients
- 2 Tbs butter
- 3 Tbs onion, chopped
- 1/2 C celery, chopped
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 2 Tbs vinegar
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 1 C ketchup
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- Dash of pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Saute butter and onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook to blend flavors, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Yield: 1 2/3 Cups
