Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 apples - *peeled and shredded
- juice of a 1/4 lemon
- 1/8 cup raisins
- 1/8 cup raw nuts (any softer kind, pecans, pistachios)
- 1/8 cup uncooked rolled oats
- 1/8 cup raw honey
- *garnished with berries and hemp hearts
- Sometimes, when I don't forget, I throw in a little maca powder.

Preparation
Step 1
Blend all the ingredients, except nuts, in a food processor until smooth and sweet. Add nuts towards the end for texture.
*I use my vitamix-leave the peel on the apples and just cube them up!
