Ingredients
- 1 lb Maine crab meat
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 Tbs Mayo
- 1 Tbs worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbs parsley
- 1 Tbs Baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- Flour, as needed
- 1-2 Tbs corn or blended vegetable oil

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, bread crumbs, mayo, worcestershire sauce, parsley, baking powder, old bay seasoning, salt and egg. Divide the mixture into 8 (approximately 1/4 cup each) cakes. Dust both sides of the cakes with flour.
In a skillet, heat the oil. Brown the cakes on both sides. Place the cakes in a single layer in an oven-proof pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes to finish.
