- 1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 About 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. grated lemon peel

Step 1
Combine butter and powdered sugar; add lemon juice, stirring until smooth. Add more lemon juice, if needed, to make proper consistency. Stir in lemon peel.
Yield: enough glaze for 10-12 cupcakes.
Glaze for Pumpkin Cupcakes.
