Ingredients
- 20-24 new redskin potatoes
- seasoning salt, pepper and onion powder to taste
- 1/2 lb. bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled and divided
- 8-oz. pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 c. butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender; drain. Cool and slice 1/4" thick. Arrange half the potatoes in a greased 13x9" baking pan. Season as desired and top with half the bacon and half the cheese. Layer on remaining potatoes; season and top with remaining bacon and cheese. Drizzle with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees until cheese melts and casserole is heated through. Makes 8-10 servings.
