Harvey Wallbanger Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Duncan Hines orange cake mix
• 1 sm pkg instant vanilla pudding
• 3/4 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup oil
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 cup galliano
• 1/4 cup vodka

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine all . Beat until light and well blended, for 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until cake teste done. Remove from oven and cool on rack for 30 to 40 minutes. Invert on serving plate and let completely cool before putting on the glaze.

Glaze: 1 cup confectioner's sugar 1 Tbsp. Galliano 1 Tbsp. orange juice

Mix all together to form glaze, adding more liquid if necessary. Could add 1 tsp. grated orange if desired.
