- 4 (6 oz) skinless salmon pieces
- olive oil
- salt and peppr
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tea. ground ancho chile powder

Place the salmon pieces on a baking sheet. drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Rub salmon with brown sugar and ground ancho chile pepper.
Roast at 400 degress until opaque (12-15 minutes
