Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh lemon juice (8 lemons)
- 2 cups sugar
- Grated zest of 3 lemons
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup water

Step 1
Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade. Let "age" overnight in refrigerator, then freeze in ice cream maker.
Makes about 1 Quart.
