Ingredients
- 1 cup Brazil Nuts
- 1 cup Pecans
- 1 cup Oat flour
- 2 Tbsp Coconut oil
- 1/3 cup Maple syrup
- Topping
- 1/3 cup Maple or Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Mix topping in a shallow bowl and set aside. Process
nuts together first and then add the rest of the
ingredients and process until mixture starts to clump
together in a ball. Roll about 2 tablespoons of mixture
into balls and then roll in topping mixture to coat.
Makes about 12 donut holes.
