Easy Broiled Drumsticks
By Addie
These simple drumsticks are scrumptious alone but go well with dips like ranch. To make an easy ranch dip, just combine a 1/2 cup bottled ranch dressing with 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons cold water. Like a little spice? Add hot sauce to taste.

Preparation
Step 1
Position oven rack about 8 inches from heat source. Preheat broiler; line a broiling pan with foil. Pat drumsticks dry and trim off fat. Arrange in a single layer on prepared pan.
Melt butter with garlic and lemon juice over medium-low heat. Season drumsticks with salt and pepper. Brush each lightly with lemon butter.
Broil, turning often and brushing with lemon butter, until chicken is browned and crisp and has no traces of pink juices when pierced, about 30 minutes. Cool slightly. Serve drumsticks with dipping sauces.

Excellent, super easy recipe. I would suggest doubling the sauce so you have plenty to use for basting--especially if you use larger drums. Served with a rice dish and simple salad. Will make again and would serve to guests.
These are super easy to make and they taste wonderful! I always make them when I have drumsticks and I don't want to just grill them. The butter-garlic gives them a mouthwatering taste.
Marinade was good, but could use more lemon flavor. Maybe if it was actually marinated for a while to absorb some of the lemon flavor. I used 3 leg quarters, cut into 6 pieces. Served w/salad & cheesy brocoli rice.
This is so great. Every time I've made it, everyone has loved it!
Very delicious! Think I am going to try it with leg quarters next time though.
