Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 pkg. Country Gravy
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese; divided
- 2 1/2 lbs. Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut crosswise into 1/4" thick slices [about 6 potatoes]
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes

Step 1
Mix milk, water and gravy mix in large skillet until well blended. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to gentle boil. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 up cheddar cheese. Add potatoes; toss gently to coat well. Spray inside of slow cooker with a non-stick spray. Place potato mixture in slow cooker and cover. Cook 6 hours on low or until potatoes are tender.
Uncover. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese and parsley. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
