Ingredients
- SALAD:
- Red leaf, Romaine and Iceburg lettuce
- 8 oz shredded mozarella
- 4 oz shredded parmesan
- 1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
- 4 oz toasted sliced almonds
- 6 oz craisins
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup canola oil

Blend all ingredients for dressing and set aside.
Pour over salad ingredients just before serving.
