Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecan pieces, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Nilla wafers
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 4 pkg cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 24 Kraft Caramels
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 3 squares semi sweet chocolate melted

Step 1

Line 13 x 9 pan with foil. Remove 1/2 cup of pecans, set aside. Finely chop remaining pecans. Add crumbs, chopped pecans and butter. Press into pan and refrigerate.

Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add sour cream, flour and vanilla. Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time mixing well after each addition. Pour over crust.

Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees until almost set. Cool.

Microwave caramels with water on high until smooth. Pour over cooled cheesecake. Top with pecans. Drizzle with chocolate. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Using foil, remove cake before cutting into pieces to serve.
