Ingredients
- 1/4 lb Italian turkey sausage, casing removed, crumbled
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 (14 11/2 oz) can ready to serve beef broth
- 1 (14 1/2 oz) can Italian receipe stewed tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 1/2 oz (1/2 cup) uncooked ready cut spaghetti(short curved pasta)
- 1 (15.5 oz) red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
- 2 T. shredded fresh Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Spray large saucepan with Pam. Heat over medium heat until hot. Add sausage and onion; cook until sausage is no longer pink and onion is tender. Drain.
Add broth, tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil. Stir in mixed vegetables, spaghetti and kidney beans. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook 20 to 15 minutes or until vegetables and spaghetti are tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle each serving with cheese.
