English Muffin Bread

Ingredients

• 5 1/2 cups warm water
• 3 pkg Rapid Rise yeast
• 2 tbsp salt
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 11 cups bread flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together,then spoon into 4 well greased loaf pans, Let rise in pans until dough reaches the top of the pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown, Brush with melted butter when 10 minutes is left.
Makes 4loaves. Bread will be moist at first, Allow to cool completely before cutting.
