Ingredients
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic hot sauce
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/8 tsp epicure Berber
- 1 tsp epicure Thai seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1600 grams udon noodles
- 2 lbs beef cut small strips
- 1 onion
- Some mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
NOTE: if beef is raw cook with a small amount of oil and set aside
1. Put sesame oil, Berber and Thai seasoning in pan and cook on low for 10 min.
2. Add onions and cook at medium heat for 5 minutes
3. Add beef, peppers, and mushrooms and heat at high for 2 mins tossing frequently
4. Add udon noodles and keep on high tossing frequently while you add oyster sauce and soy sauce
5. Serve once hot
6. Enjoy!
