Ingredients
- Serves 1
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1/4 cup old fashioned or rolled oats*
- 1 cup soymilk
- 1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. I found it delicious as is but feel free to add a tbsp of agave or date to taste if you’re using unsweetened soymilk.
*( To make this allergen friendly, just use certified GF oats and rice or almond milk.)
