Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup fresh cooked or solid packed canned pumpkin

Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk milk, sugar and eggs. Stirring constantly, and cook until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat. Whisk in cream, pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg. Chill
thoroughly, preferably overnight.
Freeze in Donvier Ice Cream Maker. Makes about 1 Quart.
