- 1 box Betty Crocker Au Gratin or Scalloped Potatoes
- 4 pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic-pepper

Step 1
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Prepare your favorite Betty Crocker casserole potatoes as directed on the box.
Place 4 pork chops (3/4 inch thick) in baking dish. Brush with 1 Tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp seasoned salt and 1/2 tsp garlic-pepper blend.
Bake potatoes and pork chops about 30 min or until pork is thoroughly cooked (160°).
