  • 2 Bread crumbs ( homemade is best from Italian bread)
  • 1/2 cup Romano Cheese
  • 6-8 Chicken Tenders
  • 1-2 eggs
  • Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • Canola oil

Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 30mins


Step 1

Remove white vein from chicken and butterfly the tenders

Combine the bread crumbs and roamano cheese on plate mix together

Beat eggs mix in garlic salt and parsley

dip chicken into egg mixture and then into bread

Fill fry pan with 1 inch of oil Heat oil.. test oil with drop of water when it sizzles its ready

fry chicken. Place on paper towel to drain oil
