- 8 oz extra-firm tofu
- 1/4 cup reduced-calorie salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip Light)
- 1 tbsp dill pickle relish
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp dried dill
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Press tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture; cut into 1/4-inch cubes. Combine salad dressing and next 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring until blended. Add half of tofu, mashing with back of a large spoon. Add remaining tofu, stirring gently.
