Key Lime Parfaits
Layer these in 9 oz. plastic disposable cups

Ingredients
- 2 cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. bottled key lime juice
- 3 c. frozen cool whip, thawed
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. sugar
- Garnish: Graham cracker crumbs & lime wedges

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl beat cream cheese at medium high speed with electric mixer until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice, beating at medium speed until smooth. Fold in cool whip. Cover tightly and refrigerate for up to one day.
Heat oven to 350.
In medium bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar. Spread in a thin layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake until light golden, 7-10 min. Let cool completely on pan.
In the bottom of 8 (9 oz) plastic cups, place 2 Tbsp. graham cracker mixture. Top with key lime mixture. Repeat layers, topping with additional graham cracker crumbs and a lime wedge if desired.
