Ingredients
- One 24-ounce jar medium or mild salsa (leave out a little on the juice or go for a chunky salsa)
- Juice from two limes
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- One 1.25-oz. package taco seasoning (I used low sodium)
- 4-6 thawed chicken breasts

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a slow cooker combine all ingredients, chicken last.
2. Coat chicken and cook on low 6 hours.
Better if eaten right away.
