Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. canola oil
  • 1/4 c. peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. all purpose floue
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 3/4 c. quick cooking oats
  • 2 sq. semi sweet chocolated chopped.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat ove 350F.
Beat first 6 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
Mix flours, baking powder and soad.
Gradually beat into honey mixture until well blended.
Stir in oats and chocolate.
Drop (tsp.) dough 2" apart, onto baking sheets.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on baking sheets 3 min.
Remove to wire racks
Cool completely.
