2 cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayo
1/2 c. shredded monterey jack cheese
1/4 c. canned chopped green chilies
1/4 c. canned diced jalapeno peppers
1 c. shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 c. panko crumbs
corn chips

Step 1

In large bowl beat the first 5 ingredients until blended; spread into an ungreased 9" pie plate. Sprinkle with parmesan; top with bread crumbs. Bake at 400 for 25-30 min. or until lightly browned. Serve with corn chips.
