Ingredients
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- s/p
- 1 lb chicken breast cut in cubes
- 1 T toasted sesame oil
- 1 cup 1/2" wide onion strips
- 1 cup green bell pepper
- 2 T fresh minced garlic
- 1/4 cup sweet and sour stir fry sauce (La Choy)

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine cornstarch, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix well. Add the chicken and toss til covered.
Place in large wok over high heat. When hot, add 1 tsp sesame oil, onion, pepper, and garlic. Cook, stirring til garlic softens and veggies are crisp 2-4 minutes. Be careful garlic does not burn. Transfer to large bowl and cover to keep warm.
Return the pan to high heat, and add another tsp of sesame oil and chicken. Cook til lightly browned and no longer pink. Add cooked chicken to veggie bowl.
Return all to pan to re heat and serve over rice.
