Ingredients
- makes 24
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 C flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 C quick oats
- 12 mini Butterfinger bars {or 2 regular size}, roughly chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar and sugar together. Beat in the egg and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and oats. Add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix just to combine.{Do not over mix.} Gently mix in the chopped Butterfingers. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 11-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and after a minute, remove cookies and cool on a cooling rack.
