- 1 cup onion - chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper - chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups cooked chicken or turkey - chopped
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup shredded monterey cheese
- 12 tortillas - 6 inch

Step 1
In a large saucepan, cook onion and green pepper in butter till tender.
Combine onion mixture in a bowl with chopped chicken and set aside.
In the same saucepan melt 3 tablespoons butter, stir in flour, coriander, and salt.
Stir in chicken broth all at once, cooking and stirring until thickened and bubbly.
Remove from heat, stirring in sour cream and 1/2 cup of cheese.
Stir 1/2 cup of sauce into chicken mixture.
Dip each tortilla into remaining sauce to soften and fill each with 1/4 cup of chicken mixture.
Roll and arrange in 13x9x2 inch baking dish, pour remaining sauce over, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
