  • 1 16oz Can Bruce's Yams
  • 1/4 C Juice From Can
  • 1/4 C Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 C Butter
  • Garnish: Chop Pecans or Walnuts
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Medium Sauce Pan, Medium/High Heat Add Juice, Sugar & Butter. Saute Until Thickened.

Place Yams in Pyrex Dish Sprayed, Pour Sauce Over Yams. Bake 350F
20-30 Minutes Until Bubbling.

Garnish With Nuts & Cinnamon.
