Ingredients
- 1 16oz Can Bruce's Yams
- 1/4 C Juice From Can
- 1/4 C Brown Sugar
- 1/4 C Butter
- Garnish: Chop Pecans or Walnuts
- Cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Medium Sauce Pan, Medium/High Heat Add Juice, Sugar & Butter. Saute Until Thickened.
Place Yams in Pyrex Dish Sprayed, Pour Sauce Over Yams. Bake 350F
20-30 Minutes Until Bubbling.
Garnish With Nuts & Cinnamon.
