Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 2/3 cup walnut
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained and juice reserved
- 1 6 oz pkg lemon jello
- 1/2 pint whipping cream

Step 1
Using juice from pineapple, boil juice and add jello. Let cool. Add cream cheese, pineapple, nuts and celery to jello mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Freeze in mold and use as needed.
