Ingredients
- 1/2 cup palm or golden caster sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup Vietnamese fish sauce
- 1 tbsp white rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2-5 red or green chilies, finely chopped
- 3-5 large cloves garlic, finely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Put sugar in a nowl and pour the hot water over it, stirring until it is completely dissolves. Add all the other ingredients, stir well and allow to cool to room temperature.
Sauce can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
