VANILLA SUGAR COOKIES

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 1/4 cup icing sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter and icing sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla.

Combine dry ingredients. Add to butter mixture and mix till moistened.

Put in wax paper log and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Cut in 1/4" slices and bake at 350 for 9 minutes.
