  • cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions

In a glass jar add all ingredients screw on lid and shake vigorously. Can be refrigerated up to one week, bring out of refrigerator to liquify before use.
Suggestions: use flax orEFAoil instead of olive oil.
use balsamic or apple cider vinegar instead of lemon juice.

Honey Mustard Version
Make Base add in 1 extra heaping Tbsp dijon and 3 Tbsp honey.

Tahini Version
Make Base omitting dijon. Add 3 Tbsp Tahini.

Papaya Seed Version
In a blender make Honey Mustard Version add in 1 small sweet onion chopped, 1/2 small Papaya, 2 Tbsp Papaya seeds. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass jar
