Ingredients

• 1 package Silken Lite firm tofu
• 1/3 cup So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk
• 3 Tbsp lemon or lime juice
• 2 Tbsp freshly chopped cilantro or dill
• 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
