Ingredients
- 6-8 cups of beef broth (1 cup water + 1 bullion cube = 1 cup broth)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2-3 carrots
- 2-3 celery stalks
- Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Small can of tomato paste
- 1/4 cup of barley
- Beef cubes cut of small
- Peas
- can add any veggie, ex. Potato, string beans.
