Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs - separated
- 3 cups - whole milk
- Cottage cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, salt, egg yolks and 1 cup milk.
Stir until smooth.
Stir in rest of milk.
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry, fold into batter.
put 1/4 cup of batter into 8" lightly greased skillet (crisco),
tip to spread batter evenly around.
Turn when it browns around the edges. makes 20-24 pancakes
Take pancakes and put cottage cheese in the center and roll.
Put rolled pancakes into a shallow baking dish, cover with wax paper
and cook at 350 for 25-30 mins.
Remove and serve with jams.g
