Ingredients
- 4 lbs chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 T balsamic vinegar
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Step 1
Place chicken pieces in 1 gal. ziplock bag. In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Seal bag, label, and freeze.
To thaw and cook: Thaw overnight in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 325. Place chicken and sauce in 9x13 pan. Roast at 325 for 1 hour or 1 hour 15 minutes. (Thermometer at 180.) To make sauce from drippings, place pan over medium heat and add 1/2 cup chicken broth. Bring to boil
