  • 2 Tb. oil
  • 6 pork chops
  • 3-4 apples, cored and sliced
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tb. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; brown pork chops on both sides. Place unpeeled apple slices in a greased 13x9" baking pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon; dot with butter. Arrange pork chops on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
