Ingredients
- 1/2 red cabbage finely sliced
- 4 carrots, shredded
- 2 stalks of celery, sliced
- 4 green onions (green parts only)
- 1 pkg itchiban noodles
- Toasted sesame seeds, almonds and sunflower seeds
- Dressing
- 1 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp grapeseed oil
- 1 Tbsp vinegar (wine, rice or apple vinegar)
- 1 tsp. Tamari
- 1/2 pkg of itchiban powder
