  • 1 cup rice
  • 1-2 Tablespoons oil
  • 3/4 cup (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Corn-optional
  • Black beans-optional

Preparation

Step 1

Fry rice in hot oil until brown. Stir in tomato sauce and chicken broth. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add corn and/or black beans in last 5 minutes of cooking. Fluff with a fork.
