Ingredients

  • 1 Pork Tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup apricot or peach preserves
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 light soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp peeled fresh gingerroot, finely chopped or 3/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp thinly sliced green onion
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Trim excess fat from pork. Place in baking dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix preserves,BBQ sauce and soy sauce. Add garlic and ginger root. Remove pork from oven and drain juice. Brush with 1/2 of sauce mixture and continue baking, uncovered for 30-45 minutes. Brush with remaining sauce after 15 minutes. Place on serving platter and green onion and sesame seeds. Serve with sauce from pan.
