Ingredients
- 1 can (6 ounces) pineapple juice
- 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 pint strawberries, washed, hulled, and sliced
- 2 red apples, cored and cut into chunks
- 2 green pears, cored and cut into chunks
- 2 bananas, peeled and sliced (see Note)

Preparation
Step 1
In medium saucepan, combine pineapple juice, cream cheese, sugar, and orange peel over medium heat; mix well and cook until smooth, stirring occasionally.
In small bowl, combine orange juice and cornstarch; mix well and stir into cream cheese mixture, stirring until thickened. Cover and refrigerate until cold.
Place remaining ingredients in serving bowl or individual bowls.
Drizzle with the sauce and serve.
Notes:
Bananas tend to turn dark quickly once they're cut, so drizzle them with a little lemon juice to slow down that process, or simply cut and add bananas just before serving.
