Ingredients
- 1-1/2 Cups raw spanish peanuts
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup light corn syrup
- 1/8 t salt
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 t butter
- 1 t baking soda

Step 1
In a 1-1/2 qt. microwave container stir together peanuts, sugar, syrup, & salt. Microwave for 4 min. Stir, microwave 4 more min. Stir in butter and vanilla. Microwave 2 min. longer. Add baking soda and quickly stir until light and foamy. Pour onto lightly greased baking sheet and spread to 1/4" thick. When cool, break into pieces and store in airtight container. (Use 80% microwave power)
