So, what it boils down to is samples of tastes, from savory to sweet, delivered to your door when you subscribe. Gather 3-5 wooden skewers and place in a shallow plate with water for 30 minutes.

In a medium size mixing bowl, whisk the balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 teaspoon rosemary plus a generous pinch of kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add the chunks of chicken breast and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Preheat the grill to high. Thread the chunks of chicken onto the wooden skewers.

Spray the grill with non-stick cooking spray or olive oil. Reduce the heat to medium-high. Cook the chicken for 3-5 minutes on each side, basting the chicken with the remaining honey. Continue turning until chicken is cooked though, about 10 minutes or until chicken is opaque.

Can you say BEST MAIL DAY EVER? I love this ideas a way to be exposed to new products, and these would make fabulous gifts too!

The pictures and ingredients look and sound great, but the instructions are very confusing. #1, preheat the grill to high, then marinade the chicken for 1-2 hours? And then (#4), preheat the grill to med-high, followed by #5 to reduce the heat to med-high. I think there are some major typos here…

Made these last night and loved LOVED♥ them! Such a quick and easy marinade with ingredients I always have around my kitchen. The honey lets the chicken caramelize a bit on the grill which deepens the flavor. Definitely make some extra so you have leftovers to put in your salad the next day!
