Dessert: Balsamic Strawberries

I first had this Italian classic at a cooking class. I will tell you, we were a little skeptical. But by the end, we were fighting for the last bits of syrup. I soon discovered that it is a perfect topping for lemon sorbet!

Ingredients
- 3 pints strawberries, hulled, quartered, rinsed
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Drizzle over a scoop of lemon sorbet.
