  • 6 cups Grapes
  • 1 box Certo Crystals
  • 7 1/2 cups White Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Slip skins from 4 lbs. grapes and reserve. Add 1 cup water to pulp and simmer covered, 5 minutes. Seive to remove pits. Shop skins and add to pulp.

In a large saucepan tir together prepared fruit.

Bring to a boil over high heat.

Add all the sugar.

Return to a hard boil for 1 minutes.

Remove from heat. Stir and skim for 5 minutes to prevent floating fruit.

Pour into warm sterilized jars to 1/4 inch from rim. Cover with lids and crew ring on tightly.
