Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. butter, melted and cooled
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. apples, cored peeled and chopped
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Stir together flour, sugar, baing powder, salt and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk and butter. Stir into flour mixture. Add remaining ingredients; stir to blend. Spoon into a greased and floured 9x5" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 65-70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Set pan aside to cool 5 minutes before slicing. Makes one loaf.
