Ingredients
- 2 lbs.ground meat(beef, veal, pork)
- 1/2 cup Kroger Wheat Saltines,crushed
- 1 envelope Onion Dip/Soup Mix
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup undiluted evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce, divided

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients except for 1/4 cup of the BBQ sauce, and pack firmly into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Invert in shallow pan; remove loaf pan. Pour remaining 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce over top (optional). Bake at 350°F. for 1 and 1/4 hours. Allow to stand a few minutes before slicing. Yield: 8 servings. Refrigerate any leftovers.
