Ingredients
- 1 can (12oz) evaporated milk
- 3 tbsp. steak sauce (A1)
- 2 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1/4 tsp. each of s&p
- 1 bag (28oz) frozen potatoes
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 lg. onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. shredded swiss
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Coat slow cooker bowl w/ nonstick spray. Whisk together evaporated milk, marinade, mustard, s&p; set aside.
Add potatoes, chx, and onion to slow cooker bowl & stir to combine. Pour marinade mix over top. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 hrs. or LOW for 4 1/2 hrs, stirring once halfway through.
Remove cover and stir. Sprinkle w/ cheese and parsley and replace cover for 30 mins. or till cheese has melted; serve immediately.
