1 lbs makes 7 meatballs 3oz cooked meatballs

1 point per meatball for regular ingredients
3 points per 2 oz of beef

Ingredients

• 1 lb Beef, pork, veal mixed
• 2-3 Fresh pressed garlic cloves
• Fresh parsley (if don’t have can use dry
• 3/4 Bread crumbs (1/2 cup panko, 1/4 regular)
• 1 Egg
• Salt & Pepper
• grated Cheese about 2tbsp

Preparation

Step 1

Fry in a little olive oil on all sides till cooked
